Tipton St John Preschool


The past week was a very busy one! We explored many different things as our interests developed over the week! Our cafe has been very popular: on Thursday we were treated to sandwiches (with a choice of fillings) cakes and initial biscuits. Yummy! Thank you very much to Maggie Rule who made this such an enjoyable experience for us all.


We have also created volcanoes and will revisit this activity soon; after lots of role play about 'hot lava' we had our own erupting volcano, covering many areas of learning! We also exploredpositional language such as under, over, through and between etc during our PE sessions. Extending on this we found different ways to weave and again will focus more on this using different

The bi-weekly Monday evenings of table tennis continue to be very popular and
very enjoyable. Our last session saw 10 people present with three newcomers
from Wigatton and West Hill.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from 7.30 -9.30pm, and the cost is £2 for the evening.
If you are tempted but unsure of the standard, just come and see for yourself, have a go.
